Hi. I'm a late-diagnosed neurodivergent human who got tired of wellness advice written for people whose brains work differently to mine.
So I started making my own.
Everything here is self-verified - meaning it's come from my lived experience, personal research, or both. I use various tools to help me organise my thoughts, but nothing goes out the door without going through my own brain first.
I'm not a therapist. I'm not a coach. I'm just someone who's been in the burnout dumpster and found some useful things while I was down there.
